While 2012 has proved to be a challenge in the beginning of the season Quarterley isn't letting that stop him.  Working with developing driver Derek Ranstrom, Quarterley states that the two cars have given him lots of information to take to the last races of the season. You can see him again in September returning to New Hampshire and just a week later he will be in Dover where he came in 2nd at the end of the 2011 season.

 

June 2, 2012: Quarterley finds himself having a bit of fun at Woodleaf Speeway, a local dirt track that held the SEMDTRA Motorcycle Races.  Winning one heat race then falling off the bike and still coming in second in another race; he hasn't lost his touch on two wheels. When the story was relayed to 8 year old AJ the statement was; "Is the ninja back?" Referring to Dale Quarterley's impressive two wheel racing career on the Team Mirage-Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Bike.



Aug 25-26, 2012: Traveling across the country, Quarterley returns to the road racing he loves at Portland International Raceway.  Qualifying 12th in the #32 Van Dyk Baler Ford, running in the top ten for much of the day with a solid 8th place finish.



Nov 2-3, 2012: Dale Quarterley helps take Bob Mitten,V8 SPO Stock Car Racing Series to the Championship after winning back to back races at Road Atlanta this past weekend.
